Bringing in over three decades of experience, Dean isn’t just our Operations Manager, he’s known by many as “The Godfather”. Before joining Ideal Energy Savers, Dean owned an operated one of the largest insulation companies in Edmonton for 20 years. In that time, he also worked with insulation manufacturers to help create products and streamline processes for installation.

Today, Dean does even more! He’s in charge of scheduling, quality control, site meetings, estimating, client relations, product procurement, repairs and maintenance. With a complete understanding of the manufacturing process, his experience and knowledge are unmatched in the industry.
