The View – 25 Storey High Rise in Downtown Edmonton.

What did we do?

Our team was tasked with installing two pounds of spray foam to all walls. We had to prepare and cover all the studs, windows and other rough-ins prior to installing our foam product. Following this, our team meticulously cleaned everything up to ensure the next trade could do their job without any issues. We also purchased portable equipment that we put on site and moved up the building from floor to floor, working with other trades and completing large amounts of preparation work. As 75% of the exterior walls were windows, our team had to cover them, so we could spray the bottom section below each window without getting overspray.

For this project, the builder knew they could rely on Dean and our team. Our scheduling allowed us to have multiple trucks on the job to help fast-track the builder’s schedule and our quality control (Q/C) process ensured we met or exceeded all relevant building codes during and after the job. At the end of each project, we did a full walk-through with our client to inspect the work (prior to the building inspector), ensuring successful inspections.
